Our health and Safety team have a wealth of experience and qualifications, also we have the support of many organisations.
We ensure that our safety procedures and systems are externally audited for compliance and hold up to date accreditation from Safe Contractor.
We take our duty of principle contractor very seriously and work in accordance to the CDM Regulation 2015. A Construction Phase Plan is Developed, implemented and keep up to date for each project, contractors and the client have access to this plan throughout the project. All external contractors are vetted before they are approved to work for IPC, the contractors are required to complete an assured questionnaire which asks them to provide evidence of work they have completed, and their Health and Safety procedures also provide evidence of their monitoring procedures. They are required to provide relevant certificates for the service they provide and are required to carry insurance. All contractors are reviewed quarterly to ensure all their information and certificates are up to date.
